Ethel Mkonto is a proud TSIBA Alumni and currently, works as Recruitment lead for TSIBA Business School. During her studies at TSIBA Ethel was recognised as a leader and role model among her peers - in part for her work through Enactus and multiple pay it forward initiatives.
Ethel's passion and commitment to making a difference in education have led her to a role where she can directly impact the lives of young people. Ethel's dream is to be a social entrepreneur to better the lives of people.
